One contractor, one program. Because we hold the asbestos licences ourselves, discovering material mid job does not stop your works while another contractor mobilises. That is usually the difference between a delay and a normal week.
What we remove
Bonded asbestos (Class B)
Roof sheeting, wall cladding, vinyl and eaves removed with the notifications, waste tracking and clearance paperwork your principal needs.
After fire and emergency
Fire damaged buildings where asbestos, ash and structural risk are mixed. We stabilise, remove and make the site safe.
Lead paint and coatings
Lead paint stripped from steel and concrete, including laser removal where blasting is not an option.
Contaminated soil
Excavation, classification, transport and disposal of contaminated material with full chain of custody.
Underground storage tanks
UST removal, cleaning, gas freeing and validation, including service stations and depots.
Where we work across Queensland
Townsville
Our busiest regional search area. Defence, port, health and industrial sites.
Sunshine Coast
Maroochydore, Kawana and Noosa. Health, education and commercial refurbishment.
Cairns and Far North
We mobilise crews and plant north for staged programs rather than day works.
Toowoomba and Darling Downs
Regional health, civic and agricultural industrial projects.
Gold Coast
Southport, Robina and Broadbeach. Hotels, clubs and retail.
Mackay and Rockhampton
Resources corridor work, plant and CHPP related projects.
"The cleanest demolition site they have ever seen."
Estimating Manager at Quadric, after our Hervey Bay job. Feedback that went to their project managers, contract administrators and directors.
Questions we get asked
What is the difference between Class A and Class B?
Class B covers bonded material such as roof sheeting and cladding. Class A is required for friable material such as pipe lagging and loose fill. We hold both, so scope changes do not need a new contractor.
Where does the asbestos waste go?
To a licensed landfill approved to receive it, with waste tracking documentation provided to you. We handle the classification and transport.
Do you notify the regulator?
Yes. We lodge the required notifications, provide the control plan, arrange independent air monitoring and issue clearance certificates.
How quickly can you get to site for an emergency?
Call the Queensland team. For fire damage or an urgent find we can usually have someone on site the same or next day.
Do you remove asbestos from houses?
We work on commercial, industrial and government projects, not homeowner jobs. Builders and developers doing residential projects at scale are welcome.
Found asbestos on your site?
Send us the hazmat report or photos and we will come back with a costed removal methodology and program.

We hold a Queensland friable asbestos removal licence in house, so removal and demolition run as one package rather than two contractors. Commercial and industrial sites only:
