Our Mission
Demolition is one of the few trades where the structure you are working on is deliberately being made unstable. Add asbestos, contaminated ground, heavy plant and a live site around you and the risk is real every day.
Our mission is simple and it is not a slogan. Everybody who comes onto one of our sites goes home in the same condition they arrived in.

How that actually works on a site
It works through planning, not posters. Every job gets a methodology before it gets a machine. The sequence, the temporary works, the exclusion zones, the services, the hazardous material and the emergency arrangements are worked out on paper and signed off before anyone starts.
Then it gets briefed, properly, so the crew understands it rather than signs it. On a culturally mixed workforce that means checking understanding rather than assuming it, because an instruction half understood on a demolition site is how people get hurt.
And anybody can stop the job. A labourer in their first week can stop work on one of our sites and nobody will make them feel stupid for it. If that is not true in practice then everything else on this page is decoration.
