One contract instead of five. Early works packages fail when four contractors each own a slice and nobody owns the program. We take the whole front end, hold principal contractor duties and hand you a site ready to build on.

What sits inside an early works package

    Demolition and strip out

Structures down, internals out, everything separated and recycled where possible.

    Hazardous material removal

Asbestos, lead and contaminated soil under our own licences, inside the same program.

    Service location and disconnection

Locating, proving, isolating and capping existing services before ground works start.

    Bulk and detailed excavation

Site levelling, detailed dig, shoring and rock work handed over to survey.

    Site establishment

Hoarding, fencing, site access, sediment control and environmental measures ready for the main contract.

    Where we work across Queensland

    Townsville

Our busiest regional search area. Defence, port, health and industrial sites.

    Sunshine Coast

Maroochydore, Kawana and Noosa. Health, education and commercial refurbishment.

    Cairns and Far North

We mobilise crews and plant north for staged programs rather than day works.

    Toowoomba and Darling Downs

Regional health, civic and agricultural industrial projects.

    Gold Coast

Southport, Robina and Broadbeach. Hotels, clubs and retail.

    Mackay and Rockhampton

Resources corridor work, plant and CHPP related projects.

"The cleanest demolition site they have ever seen."

Estimating Manager at Quadric, after our Hervey Bay job. Feedback that went to their project managers, contract administrators and directors.

    Questions we get asked

Will you take principal contractor for the early works stage?

Yes. We hold the role, provide the WHS management plan and manage all subcontractors and notifications for that stage.

Can you tender against a program we already have?

Yes, and we will tell you where we think the program is optimistic. You get a costed methodology rather than a lump sum with no logic.

Do you work on government and Tier 1 projects?

Regularly. Our management systems are ISO certified and we hold the insurances and prequalifications those projects require.

What size early works package suits you?

From single site preparation jobs up to multi stage packages. Smaller QLD jobs are welcome, we would rather build the relationship.

Have an early works package coming up?

Send the drawings and scope. We will come back with methodology, program and price.
