Certification
Independently certified, and audited to keep it

We hold ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, certified by Sustainable Certification Pty Ltd, which is JAS-ANZ accredited. We also hold a single integrated certificate covering all three, which is the one most tenders actually want.
The certified scope reads: the provision of construction, civil works, demolition, concrete care, labour hire, remediation and refurbishment, strip out, plant hire and hazmat removal. Certification is maintained through surveillance audits, so it is a system somebody checks rather than a certificate on a wall.
Licences we hold
Perfect Contracting Pty Ltd holds the licences the group works under.
SafeWork NSW Friable Asbestos Removal Licence AD212957, covering all Class A friable and all Class B non-friable asbestos removal work.
SafeWork NSW Conditional Restricted Demolition Licence AD211896, covering demolition above 15 metres, chemical installations, tower crane sites, pre and post tensioned structures, floor propping, and work using mobile cranes over 100 tonnes.
NSW EPA Waste Transport Licence EPL 21796, for Category 1 and Category 2 trackable waste.
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland Demolition Licence 2329458, with WHSQ approved supervisors.
For asbestos in Queensland we work under the NSW Class A licence. Workplace Health and Safety Queensland confirmed in April 2024 that it is accepted as an equivalent licence under the corresponding Queensland law, so no separate Queensland Class A licence is required.
The NSW demolition licence excludes demolition using explosives, which is work we do not do.
Our insurance program covers public, products and pollution liability including asbestos, professional indemnity, contract works, mobile plant, motor fleet and workers compensation across the group entities.
