Policies
One integrated system, not three that contradict each other
Our Integrated Management System covers quality, work health and safety, and environment in one set of documents rather than three that contradict each other. It runs to 31 policies and a register of 66 procedures, and it is the system every division works to.
Every policy is current, signed by the Managing Director, and available on request.
The core three are the Quality Policy, the Work Health and Safety Policy and the Environmental Policy.
Underneath them sit the ones that get used daily on site: Risk Management and Safe Work, Incident Reporting and Investigation, Emergency Management and First Aid, Fatigue Management, Fitness for Work, Working at Heights and Fall Prevention, Traffic and Pedestrian Management, Manual Handling, Hazardous Materials and Airborne Contaminants, and Demolition and Structural Stability.
One worth stating plainly: we do not manufacture, supply, process, cut, grind or modify engineered stone under any circumstance. That has been our position since the start of 2025 and it is written into the policy, not left to judgement on site.

How our people and our subcontractors are covered
The rest cover how we behave and how we run the business. Training, Competency and Induction. Anti-Bullying, Harassment and Equal Opportunity. Gender Equity. Aboriginal Participation and Engagement. Modern Slavery and Human Rights. Engagement with Workers of Non-English Speaking Background. Code of Conduct and Business Ethics. Chain of Responsibility. Subcontractor Management, Procurement and Payment. If you need any of these for a prequalification or a tender, ask and we will send the current revision rather than a summary of it.
