- Asbestos removal supervisor, Class A or B
- NSW, QLD, Victoria and WA
- Full time, city and regional jobs
- AU work rights required
We are hiring asbestos removal supervisors, Class A and Class B, for friable and bonded work across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, on city jobs and long running regional jobs.
Most of it sits alongside our demolition and decommissioning jobs, so it is not the same enclosure on the same building for two years. It is a run of different jobs, a lot of them on live sites with a hygienist watching and a head contractor who wants the area back.
Fill in the form below and someone will ring you back within one business day. It takes about two minutes. The more you tell us about your tickets and your inductions, the faster we can put you on a job.

What the role actually is
- Supervising removal crews on friable and bonded work, enclosures, glove bags, negative air and full decontamination.
- Owning the removal control plan on the ground and making sure it matches what is actually happening.
- Air monitoring and clearance coordination with the licensed assessor, and getting the clearance certificate without a re-clean.
- Waste tracking, disposal dockets and the records that have to stand up years later.
- Working the interface with demolition, so removal finishes when the demolition crew needs the area, not a week after.
Tickets and experience we look for
If you are Class B now and working toward Class A, we want to hear from you.
- Class A asbestos removal supervision is what we need most. Class B is still worth applying with.
- The friable removal units, and current respiratory fit testing and health monitoring.
- White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space.
- A demolition supervisor ticket on top of the asbestos ticket makes you very hard to replace here.
- Experience on live and occupied sites, staged handovers and restricted hours work.
- Live Tier 1 inductions are a real advantage.
What it pays
Pay depends on experience. Tell us what you are on and we will be straight with you. Travel work pays more, and there is interstate work for people who want it. People tend to stay with us once they start: the crew is energetic, dedicated and good to work alongside, and we back them.
Other names for this job
Companies label this role differently and so do candidates. If your last job was called asbestos supervisor, asbestos removal supervisor, Class A asbestos supervisor, licensed asbestos supervisor, hazmat supervisor, asbestos site supervisor, asbestos foreman, asbestos removal team leader or asbestos project supervisor, and the work matches what is above, this is the same job. We hire on what you have run and delivered, not on the title.
What we are like to work for
We are a young business and we are growing. That is the honest pitch. It means the structure is not set in concrete, there is room to move up if you are any good, and the person who decides is not six layers away from site. We buy decent gear, we back people who bring a better way of doing something, and safety is not a poster in the lunch room. On Tier 1 jobs it is the thing that keeps you working.
Work rights
You need the right to work in Australia. We do not sponsor visas and we do not charge anyone a fee to apply or to be placed, ever. If someone asks you for money to get a job with us, it is not us.
What happens after you apply
- You get an email straight away confirming we have your application.
- Someone rings you within one business day, on the mobile number you give us.
- If you did not attach a CV, reply to that confirmation email with it. It is the fastest way to get in front of us.
- We keep your details on file. Even if there is nothing today, we come back to people when the right job lands.
Where we work
Head office is Marrickville in Sydney and the Queensland base is at Slacks Creek. We have crews on projects across greater Sydney, the Hunter, Wollongong, Canberra, South East Queensland and up through Mackay, Townsville and Cairns, plus long running regional jobs in Grafton and Bathurst. We are building the Western Australia crew now, including mining demolition and shutdown work, so if you are in Perth or fly out of Perth, say so on the form. From October 2026 we are also working in Victoria. We have a six month warehouse strip out, lead and asbestos removal job in Wodonga, on the Victorian side of the Albury Wodonga border, and we need an asbestos supervisor based there. See the Wodonga warehouse project and the jobs in Albury Wodonga page. Wherever you are, pick your state and preferred location on the form and we will match you to the nearest job.
