Structural slab demolition by Brokk 200 – Belmore - Perfect Contracting

Project Details

Location

27-35 Punchbowl Road, Belmore

Client

Chalouhi

Duration

3 weeks

Perfect Contracting was engaged by Chalouhi one of Sydneys civil contractors, who were performing full demotion works at 27-35 Punchbowl Road, Belmore.

Perfect undertook structural slab demolition of an 800m2 reinforced slab in an old commercial building.

With one operator on site, a generator and using our Brokk 200 robotic demolition machine, we used a method of crushing, hammering and pulverising to break up the concrete. This was the easiest way to remove concrete and complete demolition works. Works went over the course of 3 weeks, works were all completed in due timing and client was happy with the outcome.
