Five steel underground storage tanks pumped out, purged, gas tested, cleared by a hygienist and removed from a site near Medlow Bath Station in the Blue Mountains for Arenco. The contaminated soil was dug out and carted away, the pit was held open for validation, then backfilled in 300 mm layers and compacted. October to November 2023.

Staged structural demolition, asbestos and lead removal and brick salvage on a tight inner city block at Eveleigh Street, Redfern, for Infinity Constructions. Perfect Contracting holds the licence, the plan and the supervision. In progress since August 2026.
Two concrete encased underground fuel tanks investigated, pumped out, broken out of their encasement, craned onto a float and taken off a live infrastructure site at Lidcombe for Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure. Perfect Contracting held the demolition licence, wrote the plan and SWMS, lodged the SafeWork NSW notification and supervised the removal. Completed December 2025.
Early works, bulk excavation in sandstone, detailed excavation for footings and lift pit, subsoil drainage, spoil cartage and two new roundabouts for a new building at St Ignatius College Riverview, on a working school campus, for a Tier 1 builder. April 2023 to April 2024.
Staged demolition, wire saw cutting, wall penetrations and robotic demolition inside the live Roma Street Station precinct in Brisbane for the CBGU joint venture on Cross River Rail. Platform 2, concourse slabs and walls, stairs, Stage 4 and a 12 metre capping beam. Packages from April 2025, ongoing.
Demolition of dwellings and farm structures, non-friable asbestos removal, septic tank and services removal, irrigation clearance and validated soil remediation for JK Williams Contracting at The Gables, north west Sydney. Completed July 2026.
