What Sunshine Coast work usually looks like

A lot of the Coast was built before 1990. Fibro eaves, vinyl floor tiles, sprayed limpet on steel and asbestos cement sheeting turn up constantly, and the material register is often incomplete. We hold a Queensland friable asbestos removal licence, so removal and demolition run as one package under one methodology and one insurance line rather than stopping the programme while a separate asbestos company mobilises.
