What we remove
Friable asbestos (Class A)
Pipe lagging, sprayed limpet and loose fill under full enclosure with negative air and clearance monitoring.
Bonded asbestos (Class B)
Roof sheeting, cladding, vinyl and eaves with notifications and waste tracking.
After fire and emergency
Fire damaged buildings where asbestos, ash and structural risk are mixed together.
Lead paint and coatings
Stripped from steel and concrete, including laser removal where blasting is not viable.
Contaminated soil
Excavation, classification, transport and disposal with full chain of custody.
Underground storage tanks
Removal, cleaning, gas freeing and validation for depots and service stations.

Questions we get asked
What is the difference between Class A and Class B?
Class B covers bonded material such as roof sheeting. Class A is required for friable material such as pipe lagging and loose fill. We hold both.
Where does the waste go?
To a licensed landfill approved to receive it, with waste tracking documentation provided to you.
Do you handle the notifications?
Yes. We lodge notifications, provide the control plan, arrange independent air monitoring and issue clearance certificates.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
Call us. For fire damage or an urgent find we can usually have someone on site same or next day.
Do you remove asbestos from houses?
We work on commercial, industrial and government sites rather than homeowner jobs.
