Remediation is an evidence job as much as an earthmoving job
Anyone can dig contaminated dirt and cart it away. The value is in doing it so the site validates: excavating to the remediation action plan, keeping clean and dirty material separated, tracking every load to a licensed facility, and giving the auditor a paper trail with no holes in it.
We work alongside your environmental consultant rather than around them. They classify and validate, we excavate, manage and dispose, and the handover is a site that passes rather than a site that argues.

Keeping disposal costs sane
Disposal is the budget killer in remediation, and the difference between GSW and restricted waste rates is enormous. Careful staging, on site classification with your consultant, and not mixing clean with dirty routinely saves more than the excavation costs.
We will also tell you when material can be treated or reused on site instead of carted, because the cheapest tonne is the one that never leaves.

Questions we get asked
Do you do the environmental consulting too?
No, and you would not want your contractor marking their own homework. We work to your consultant’s plan and they validate our work.
What about asbestos found in the soil?
Common on old industrial and demolition sites. We handle it under our own asbestos licences, from hand picking through to bulk removal.
How do you charge for disposal?
At documented gate rates with the dockets passed through, plus cartage. You see what each classification cost, load by load.
Can you just make the contamination go away cheaper?
No, and be careful of anyone who says yes. Illegal dumping lands on the landowner. What we can do is stage and classify carefully so you never pay restricted rates for clean material.
