Questions we get asked
What licence do you hold?
An unrestricted demolition licence, which covers all structure types and heights, plus Class A and B asbestos removal licences.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. Most of our Sydney work happens with the building trading or partly occupied, using staged hours and dust and noise control.
How fast can you price a job?
Send drawings and scope and we normally return a costed methodology within days. For emergency work, call and we will get someone on site.
Do you do residential demolition?
No. We work on commercial, industrial and government projects. Builders and developers doing residential at scale are welcome.
Are you prequalified for government work?
Yes, we hold the insurances, ISO certifications and prequalifications those projects require.
