Rebuilding an Industrial Facility After Fire Damage

Perfect Contracting was engaged to deliver urgent structural remediation and rebuild works at an industrial site in St Marys, following extensive fire damage.

  • Concrete remediation – Upcoming repairs to fire-damaged concrete slabs to restore operational safety and durability.

Safety and Environmental Leadership

Safety remained the foundation of every task completed on site. Working within a fire-damaged environment required careful sequencing, engineered controls, and continuous monitoring to protect both personnel and remaining structures.

All demolition and remediation activities were undertaken in accordance with Perfect Contracting’s ISO-certified Integrated Management System (IMS) — ensuring compliance with EPA, WHS, and environmental protection standards.

Our teams implemented dust suppression, hazardous waste handling, and waste diversion measures to support sustainable outcomes, consistent with Perfect’s commitment to green remediation practices and responsible resource recovery.
