Sydney Trains continually undertake station refresher programs for their large network, which involved various works. Multiple clients of Perfect Contracting are engaged to oversee these works, with Perfect Contracting being a preferred supplier for many of these works, involving soft strip out of building, detailed demolition work and asbestos removal. Demolition works include removal of tile and bedding, concrete cutting for penetrations and concrete grinding to remove paint surfaces and preparation for new applications.
Soft strip out of buildings include removal of existing fittings and fixtures and asbestos removal. After the strip out is finished Perfect Contracting’s carpenters are engaged for the installation of new fittings and fixtures, including doors, windows and seating.
Due to the works being undertaken in public spaces, Perfect Contracting must implement strict safety management protocols using protection officers to ensure the safety of the public. In addition to this Perfect Contracting provides waste management services to safely remove and dispose any waste from the station refresher projects.
