The Role in a nutshell
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will manage the established small Estimating team. You will assist in the process of winning subcontracted works, from seeking new works to tender, estimating, through negotiation to win and project initiation and handover to project team.
Providing Leadership to Estimating Team
As an experienced leader you will continually evaluate goals and seek ways to ensure your team members are working in the most efficient way. You will achieve this by establishing and communicating goals and targets, setting the objectives for the team, and fostering a harmonious and inclusive work environment. You will have a proven ability to provide constructive feedback as well as willingness and ability to mentor and coach less experienced team members.
