Perfect Contracting are delighted to announce that we have won 3 awards at the NSW Business Chamber Awards to the South Eastern Sydney region.
We were nominated for awards under the 3 following categories:
- Excellence in Sustainability
- Outstanding Employer of Choice
- Excellence in Workplace Inclusion
The awards night was held at The Australian Turf Club in Royal Randwick Racecourse. Over 20 team members from Perfect attended the awards gala on the night and fabulous night was had by everyone.
Winners of Excellence in Sustainability
Perfect managed to pick up the award for Excellence in Sustainability as we are committed to reaching our goal for 2018 by recycling over 60% of the waste material we remove from our client’s projects.
Winners of Outstanding Employer of Choice
Perfect was also delighted to pick up the award for Outstanding Employer of Choice as we work tirelessly to ensure all our team members are happy and that we provide a safe working environment for them.
Here at Perfect we believe that a happy workforce is a productive workforce, that is why we organise multiple team building events and outings every year to ensure that our team members on site feel valued and can get to know everyone in the company.
Winners of Excellence in Workplace Inclusion
The Excellence in Workplace Inclusion was the award we are most proud of here at Perfect Contracting as we have put a lot of work into making Perfect as inclusive as possible. In 2016 we implemented our reconciliation action plan and work very closely with Indigenous Employment Australiato offer positions to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
At Perfect we do not discriminate against people of any religion, gender, skin colour or sexual orientation. We strongly believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity and this is why we were so proud to be winners of this award.
State finalists for NSW Business Awards in November
As well as picking up 3 awards on the night we were nominated to represent our region of South Eastern Sydney to take part in the NSW Business Chamber Awards State Finals, which take place at Luna Park in November.
As a company, Perfect is delighted to have been presented with these awards and would like to take this opportunity to thank all our team members for their hard work and dedication.
