Macquarie University - Detailed DemolitionPerfect Contracting recently began works for our client Taylor Constructions at Macquarie University in Sydney. These works included removal of a brick wall and a ceiling strip out. Our team members began by carefully removing the brick wall using our Hilti TE1000 Jackhammers with the chisel attachment. Removing all the rubble using our Tub Bin system allows us to swiftly load out all the waste into our Hook Trucks in the loading area. Next our team members began by carefully dismantling the ceiling tiles being carefully to leave all services intact. All waste and rubble was loaded out into our Isuzu Tipper trucks and removed for recycling. Perfect Contracting have years of experience working in education facilities and have the expertise to carry out complex demolition works without disrupting the operational functionality of the building. All waste material was removed from the site by our Isuzu Hook truck with a 15m3 Skip Bins. As we are now GreenStar approved waste removal specialists all waste is sorted at our yard and recycled.

Demolition and Strip-out of Novotel at Darling HarbourPerfect Contracting has just started works at Novotel at darling harbour for our clients Reward Hotel Projects. These works include the demolition and stripout of 200+ rooms, taking them back to base ready for a new fit out. This project is working in a live Hotel, which means the hotel is still fully operational. Our team members began works on the first level stripping out all rooms. The scope of works included, bathroom, ceiling, floor and wall strip-out of each room to a back to base. Our team members began works on the site by installing protective hoardings inside the services elevators that would be used for loading out all waste and rubble. Then they installed carpet protection film to ensure the carpet was not damaged when removing waste and rubble. All waste and rubble is loaded into our Tub Bin system this allows us to remove the waste and rubble very fast as it can be wheeled into the service elevator and loaded into our Skip Bins. This system also allows us to separate all waste types as here at Perfect we are committed to recycling 100% of waste and rubbish as one of major core values is to protect the environment. When our team members have finished the back to base strip-out of the first level then they will proceed with the strip-out of each of the upper levels. The Result: The client is very happy with the progress of the works carried out so far and are impressed with how efficient and professional each and everyone of our team members are.

Office Strip-out in Macquarie ParkPerfect Contracting were contracted by INAPHASE to complete an office strip-out and rubbish removal works at Avaya House in Macquarie Park. The works included the removal of workstations, carpet removal and demolition of partition walls.

Perfect Contracting were hired by Mainbrace Constructions to perform demolition and strip-out works of three floors at 10-14 Waterloo St, Surry Hills. Level A1 is fully stripped-out and we have completed all works on Level A1 already. This project included the removal of over 670m2 of carpet tiles including underlying glue. Strip-out of the Male / Female toilets including tiles, wall tiles and splash-back including render which comes out with tiles, toilet partitions, doors and all toilet fixtures and fittings. Sydney University undertook major renovations of its International House accommodation. Perfect Contracting were engaged to complete internal demolition works, as well as soft strip out of existing fittings and fixtures. Perfect Contracting provided additional tradesman services after contract works, including carpentry works for installations and rendering services for wall finishes. Hotel demolition and stripout The Vibe Hotel, Rushcutters Bay - SydneyPerfect Contracting were engaged by Lemko and TOGA Group to carry out Demolition works at The Vibe Hotel at Rushcutters Bay. The work involved a back to base stripping out 253 guest rooms, which included the removal of Carpet, Bed Heads, TV Cabinet Units and Small Tile Removal in Bathroom's. Perfect Contracting provided a team of eleven skilled demolition and rubbish removal labourers to carry out the works. All work was supervised by our Site Supervisor Moustapha Merhi to ensure safety of our team members and efficiency while carrying out the work.

Main tasks: Demolition strip out project. Perfect Contracting has just completed a major demolition strip out project at 321 Kent Street, Sydney CBD. The project covered 10 levels of the building, which is managed by Dexus Property Group, and was previously occupied by a law firm. Each level was 1,500m2, a total of 7,500m2 for the total project. The project had an approximate value of $500,000 including floor preparation works.Continue reading
